The right house of the right price will Come at the right time And if it's not the right house it's not The right price it's not the right time Then you don't need to worry about it You're not missing anything you're Miss Not missing out so um and that's kind of A little woo-woo but it's along the Lines of when you're trying to force Something to fit you know trying to get A square peg in a round hole you're like Oh I this needs to be the right time This has to be the right price then it's Not going to be the right house and so You are you're going to regret it for Some reason or another that's not to say That uh you know the the planets align And everything works out and it's um That you're not going to regret that Kind of house price house purchase Either but just recognizing that there's No Finish Line that you're racing Towards there's uh um there's no sense That like you know if you do everything Right you're gonna get get an A and a Gold star and a prize
